Your business

Open, online.

How it works

Five stages, each agreed before the next. You always know what is being built, what it costs and when you will see it.

Tell us what the business does and what customers need to find: prices, hours, booking, a menu, directions. You get a written scope and a fixed price. Domain, hosting and subscriptions are explained here, before you commit.

You send what the site is built from. Once it is in, a start date is confirmed and the first-draft clock starts.

  • Name and logo, if you have one
  • Services and prices, or a menu
  • Opening hours and address
  • Photos of the place or the work
  • Booking or ordering links you use
  • A few sites you like

A working site within 1–3 business days of the agreed start date, once content and access are in. You open it on your own phone. Need it sooner? A priority first draft is ready within one business day, when it can be accepted.

Collect your changes into one list and they are made together as one round. Essential includes one round, Expanded includes two. More can be added if you need them.

The site goes live when you approve it. Nothing is published before that, and nothing is added to the price without your agreement.
